How do I care for my candle?
The first time you light your candle allow the top of the wax to melt completely, this will prevent tunnelling in the future.
Always trim your wick prior to lighting to at least 6mm.
When it's time to put the candle out, dip the wick quickly in and out of the melted wax to prevent any smoke.
Do NOT burn your candle for longer than 4 hours and discontinue use when there is 1.5cm of wax remaining.

Essential or fragrance oil?
Essential oils can be dangerous to burn, not only are they a fire hazard, many are also toxic to inhale when burnt. We use high quality natural fragrance oils in our products, sourced from Australian small businesses. Tried and tested they provide a safe and cost effective way to make any space smell amazing.
Can my containers be reused?
Yes! All of our vessels can be reused and repurposed.
Candle Vessels - Use a silicone utensil to scrape leftover wax then place into warm soapy water and wash & dry. Do not wash or rinse anything that has leftover wax in the sink and do not wash any wax down the drain.
My order hasn't arrived what should I do?
We use standard delivery on all of our orders, and as your order is handcrafted in a small rural town, sometimes it may take a little longer than expected. But rest assured your order will get to you, if you do have concerns please reach out and we will be more than happy to help.
